Sudi Sinan Doven has over 20 years of experience in social compliance auditing, consulting, and operations management. As an auditor, he has conducted more than 2,000 social audits in more than 60 countries. He is a skilled trainer, delivering seminars on behalf of global clients as well as training the internal auditor team to assure they are fully informed on the latest developments in the industry, audit schemes, and client programs.

As a consultant, Sinan was instrumental in establishing an assessment and consultation system worldwide on behalf of a major UK client. He also contributed on an International JOIN project. He has supported the Fair Wage Network (https://fair-wage.com/about-us/) and several other brands in developing due diligence and remedial action plans for their suppliers. He is also an accredited Fair Labor Association (FLA) auditor and conducts special investigations for FLA on freedom of association issues.

Sinan is a Certified Social Compliance Auditor with APSCA and certified Lead Auditor for SA 8000 and ISO 9001. Additionally, he has participated in UNIDO, SLCP verification, and environmental training, among others. He is fluent in English and Turkish.
